Thumbs down Jeep accident question

So the other day some guy pulled out in front of my Jeep and I hit him. It was his fault but still sucks. I'm.waiting on his insurance now to come look at my Jeep. I noticed my steering wheel is 180 degrees out when going straight and it's driving weird. I crawled under the jeep and notice my track bar and the tierods are bent. Them I noticed the control arm mount for the lower axle is almost ripped off. Would they have to replace my axle for that or would they just weld the old mount on? Do you guys think it would be over 1k damage? I'm in Ohio if that helps? Hopefully they won't use used parts. I plan on doing the repairs my self and I priced the parts that I noticed bad to be able 1k thanks for the input!
