Thumbs down Chrysler customer service advocates

Bought my 2014 Grand Cherokee diesel in Nov 2013. Now beginning my 4th consecutive week in the shop. Advocate hung up on me today because I pressed to understand what authority this position held. Apparently none. Frustration has set it. Vehicle when running was great but continuous software and emissions issues driving me crazy. Only getting arrogant response from Chrysler. Dealer is standing by me but has no voice. Could never recommend a Jeep to anyone due to arrogance!!!!!!! Told now they are moving from Tech Service to Engineering. Absolutely the worst customer service ever from Chrysler. Any suggestions???
